About Let It Be

The Let It Be concert show features many of The Beatles best known songs such as "Love Me Do", "She Loves You", "Penny Lane", "Yesterday" and "Come Together".

The Story

Let It Be follows The Beatles career in chronological order using over 40 of their best known songs. From the clubs of Liverpool and Hamburg to the famous rooftop concert, Let It Be tracks the band's meteoric rise to fame. Featuring several costume and instrument changes to convey the changing world of the 1960s, the era is vividly brought to life through The Beatles music.

History of Let It Be

Following a successful run in London’s West End, Let It Be has been touring the UK to rapturous acclaim. The show is essentially a concert showcasing the best of The Beatles back catalogue and travelling through the 60s. Starting at the legendary Cavern Club in Liverpool with early hits like “Love Me Do” and “She Loves You” before following The Beatles to superstardom as they play at New York’s Shea Stadium with “I Feel Fine”, “Day Tripper” and “Help!”. The stage is then filled with psychedelic colour with the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album and songs like "With A Little Help From My Friends" and the magnificent "A Day in the Life" which closes act one. The 60s flower power theme continues with "Magical Mystery Tour" and "All You Need Is Love" which lead into "Penny Lane" and "Strawberry Fields Forever"; songs which many consider to be The Beatles very best. Let It Be closes with the Abbey Road album and the famous rooftop concert including "Come Together", "Get Back" and "The End" before a rousing encore of "Let It Be" and "Hey Jude".
